        First we are gonna start with the hotels based in the Old Town part of Sarajevo. Selection will be based on few things. First a web page for hotel of any kind ( I know that you guys are use to having visual view of place of stay) , then location and availability for an ordinary person (how to get there and from where, what is near and how to get around) and of course customer service and prices.

         Today's topic is Hotel "Herc", you may have already been there previously in it's part known as Hostel Alifakovac ( now it's just hotel ). It's located in one of the best parts of Old Town. Location is maybe one of the best, it's only few minutes walking distance from the City Hall and restaurant The Spite House. It's based on the top of the old street Alifakovac. Above it is old graveyard with old Otomman monuments still standing there that you can visit. You'll need only a few minutes to get to any part of Baščaršija from here.

         It has 40 beds, from which are three rooms with three beds, 5 rooms with two beds, and two rooms with one bed. Private rooms are also available. Full offer includes Cable TV, Wi-fi, restaurant and coffee bar, parking and laundry on demand.         So guys we continue today with one small guesthouse -  Zeyna. It's also located near street Alifakovac, in the street Toplik 8. Not very hard to find, just above restaurant The Spite House. It's perfect for two people, preferably couple. The location is great, and the people who will welcome you are also very kind and helpful. You'll have everything you'll need here, and you'll be just minutes away from Baščaršija.

        The place has only one apartment for two, so it's perfect for couple who want to escape and rest a little in Sarajevo, and be very close to everything that is happening.

      It's located in the most beautiful part of Old Town, Alifakovac. Easiest way to get here is to take a cab and tell him to take you to the street Alifakovac, or somewhere near The Spite House. The guesthouse is just up the hill, so you go up the street Alifakovac and at the half way take a left turn.



       There you will find yellow house with Hostel Zeyna sign. The address is Toplik 8. The rooms have a bathroom with shower and cable TV, FREE Internet + WiFi. And there is also free use of the kitchen, of course. Only Cash payment on arrival possible. Check In is at 13:00 and Check Out at 11:00 clock.

Hostels in Sarajevo

        So guys today we're gonna talk a little about accommodation in Sarajevo, focusing on Hostels in Sarajevo. When you talk about tourism in Bosnia you got to think about hotels and hostels in Sarajevo. And we got them in vast numbers. At almost every corner in Old part of town there is some kind of hostel, motel ore some other kind of private rooms, so depending on your needs you can easily find your desired accommodation. We'll try on this blog to provide you with the information needed, so you can safely choose your place of stay with all the things you want. Holidays in Bosnia are great , so when you are visiting make sure that you got your self a nice accommodation in Sarajevo. This will be your Hostel 101 info.

        And let me tell you it's not an easy task. When you have so much places to choose from, it's hard to choose the right one. Some are better then others, some may have better marketing abilities but lack of good customer service, you never know what you will get. The best way to do it is to make a little research about the city and your place of stay, and we will try to help you with that. Your place of stay depends really on your needs, and of course your budget .

        In the next posts , about this subject of hostels in Sarajevo, we'll try to present to you some of the better places to stay in Sarajevo. It will not be an advice where to go, it's up to you to choose, but it will help you with your decision. The places presented on this blog are strictly my advice to you. Some of them you may know, some you may not, but I'll try to find what is interesting for you and other tourists that are a frequent visitors in our city.
